How does Core Doctrine achieve its objectives?


Facilitators\Mentorship Pool

Upon completion of Core Doctrine, participants will have the oportunity to become a Core Doctrine Facilitator or continue on into Mentorship. Participants will be allowed to switch between roles or even administer both roles. Within each 12 week term participants are encouraged to switch roles to allow an even 6 weeks allocation between roles.

If a participant believes God has called them to the service of Core Doctrine Facilitator. They will choose when they start leading either live sessions, blog based interations or both.

Mentors will oversee participant's Core Doctrine experince as they work their way through the introduction until they reach the Facilitator\Mentorship Pool.

As Core Doctrine scales, ‘Facilitators/Mentors Pool’ groups will comprise of no less than 7 participants. These groups will be mixed quarterly, so as to allow everyone to meet everyone else thus strengthening the community. Sessions will be scheduled on Sundays at a time that best suits participants. Discussion will first be on any highlights from ‘In Group Stream’ sessions and ‘Self-Study Stream’ blogs and secondarily on Mentorship themes.
